This integration will allow both organizations to streamline internal processes, improve inventory access, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Customers will continue to have a choice in where they shop – both Diamond Ice and RSL locations will remain open and fully operational. Diamond Ice will maintain its long‑standing expertise in ice machines, food equipment, refrigeration, and parts, continuing to serve its established customer base with the service excellence and product knowledge they rely on.
